LaunchClear Capability Samples

LaunchClear is an independent product, automation, and technical delivery practice operated by Chris.

This repository contains independently prepared capability samples. Each sample shows how LaunchClear would analyze and bound a publicly described project. The materials are provided for review and discussion.

Important disclosure

  • The samples were prepared independently from public project posts and first-party documentation available on the dates stated in each file.
  • The organizations named in the samples did not commission, review, approve, sponsor, or endorse this work.
  • LaunchClear and Chris have no client relationship with the organizations named in these samples.
  • No private system, source code, configuration, customer data, credentials, or internal documentation was accessed.
  • The repository does not claim completed client engagements, client outcomes, or prior commissioned work for the named organizations.

Verified public QA follow-through

Public review What happened Truth boundary
Vendo website trust links LaunchClear reported that the public site did not expose shareable privacy and terms destinations. On 2026-07-23, a maintainer supplied the canonical terms and privacy pages and closed the issue as completed. This was public product feedback. LaunchClear did not implement the website change, was not hired by Vendo, and received no payment.

How to review these materials

Read the disclosure at the beginning and end of each sample before evaluating its proposed approach. Claims about a product, organization, audience, integration, security posture, or commercial result stay provisional until supported by owner-approved evidence.

The samples may be discussed as examples of current analysis and delivery preparation. They must not be represented as commissioned client projects or customer case studies.

Current fixed-scope way to start

Lead-to-CRM AI Workflow Release Gate: USD 139 or RMB 999. The review covers one existing lead-to-CRM workflow, up to two connected systems, and twelve reproducible checks. Delivery includes a workflow boundary map, test matrix, evidence-linked issue log, release recommendation, and one bounded retest. The first report is delivered within 48 hours after complete sanitized inputs, confirmed scope, and verified payment.

Typical review inputs can come from Airtable, Make, n8n, Zapier, forms, webhooks, CRM exports, or replayable logs. Listing a platform describes an eligible review input; it does not claim a paid client delivery on that platform.

The first pass accepts a redacted export, sandbox, replayable logs, or synthetic fixtures. It excludes production credentials, real customer data, destructive operations, security testing, regulated-data review, revenue guarantees, and a new multi-system implementation.

The other samples in this repository remain capability references. They are not separate active sales offers.

The international and mainland China prices depend on a mutually usable billing and payment path. No revenue, conversion, market-access, regulatory, or production outcome is guaranteed.

Start a request

  1. Submit a public, sanitized Lead-to-CRM release-gate request in English.
  2. 用中文提交公开且已脱敏的Lead-to-CRM上线验收需求
  3. Use the private email path when a safe first description cannot be posted publicly.

Do not place credentials, API keys, personal data, customer data, private URLs, production exports, or confidential logs in a GitHub issue. Creating a request does not create a contract or start work. Scope, payment, access boundaries, and acceptance criteria must be confirmed separately in writing.

Review the current service scope and fictional sample.
