docs(work-experience): replace Fundamentals page content

Summary

Replaces the body of Work Experience → Fundamentals (pages/interview-ready/work-experience/fundamentals.mdx) with the exact text supplied by the user, verbatim — no summarizing, rewriting, or reinterpreting.

Navigation hierarchy, page names, ordering, cross-links, and metadata are unchanged; only the page content is replaced.

Formatting mirrors the existing convention used on the sibling Overview page:

• Bold section titles → ## headings (Content First, Adaptar historias a la empresa, Preparar historias, Cómo estructurar historias, Las tres señales más valiosas, Yo, no nosotros, Los detalles generan credibilidad, Show, don't tell, Errores comunes)
• The three signals (Liderazgo, Capacidad técnica, Impacto) → ### subheadings
• STAR items and bullet lists kept as provided

npm run build passes and the /interview-ready/work-experience/fundamentals route compiles.
