Clarify saved job draft during authentication

Summary

• show saved-draft context on login and registration when the redirect returns to post-job
• reassure buyers that nothing has been posted or charged
• preserve all existing authentication behavior and unrelated auth copy
• add desktop/mobile regression coverage for login/register switching with an encoded draft redirect
