I had copilot write out a small section based on the hypothesis in https://github.com/microsoft/go-lab/issues/469. Not yet confirmed if this is true, but it seems likely.

This also serves to tangentially document the _info workaround.

Also run a copilot grammar check pass.

Updates the Azure DevOps pipeline YAML style guide to document a parameter-default quirk (especially relevant for non-interactive runs) and cleans up several wording/grammar issues in the templates/variables guidance.

Changes:

  • Add guidance to always set default: even for single-value values: parameters, with an _info-style example.
