Pull request overview
Updates the Azure DevOps pipeline YAML style guide to document a parameter-default quirk (especially relevant for non-interactive runs) and cleans up several wording/grammar issues in the templates/variables guidance.
Changes:
- Add guidance to always set
default:even for single-valuevalues:parameters, with an_info-style example. - Improve grammar/wording in several existing explanatory paragraphs.
💡 Add Copilot custom instructions for smarter, more guided reviews. Learn how to get started.

I had copilot write out a small section based on the hypothesis in https://github.com/microsoft/go-lab/issues/469. Not yet confirmed if this is true, but it seems likely.
This also serves to tangentially document the
_infoworkaround.Also run a copilot grammar check pass.
