…e skills, resources/ -> references/ B07: troubleshoot (854 lines) and codex-challenge (533) move to skills/<name>/SKILL.md routers (256 and 213 lines) with phase files under phases/, the same layout as plan. Content moved verbatim (difflib reassembly: 0 missing, 0 duplicated). Invocation names unchanged. The parser test binds to skills/codex-challenge/phases/output-schema.md, which is byte-identical to the old schema block. quick-cleanup (472), readiness-generate (459) and plan-export (429) stay as commands: under the documented 500-line guidance, one-shot rather than long-running, and every F09/F10/F11/F15 guard plus the wave-5 mutation harness is bound to their command paths. B28: skills/documentation/resources/ -> references/ (git mv), SKILL.md paths, TPL_DIR in layer1, and interop.md rows updated. B22: the .gitignore blanket-ignores .vscode/, so the trailing "keep settings.json" block was contradicted and is removed. The local (untracked) settings.json no longer validates plugin.json against the marketplace schema. Also: tests/mutation/wave5-guards.py pointed at commands/plan.md for the mcp-research reference; now phases/phase-2-research.md. Verified: run-all.sh all 8 layers green; claude plugin validate passes; a live --plugin-dir load lists deepgrade:troubleshoot and deepgrade:codex-challenge as skills. Stacked on #16. troubleshoot and codex-challenge become router-plus-phases skills (content moved verbatim, integrity-checked); the documentation templates move to references/; the contradictory .gitignore block is removed. The three sub-500-line commands stay as commands, reasons in the commit message.
All 8 test layers green; validate passes; live plugin-dir load lists both new skills.
