…e skills, resources/ -> references/ B07: troubleshoot (854 lines) and codex-challenge (533) move to skills/<name>/SKILL.md routers (256 and 213 lines) with phase files under phases/, the same layout as plan. Verified: run-all.sh all 8 layers green; claude plugin validate passes; a live --plugin-dir load lists deepgrade:troubleshoot and deepgrade:codex-challenge as skills.
