Adds the
## [26.6.19]CHANGELOG entry for the release just tagged (v26.6.19). The version bump PR (#67) shipped the code and the version bump but not the CHANGELOG entry; this backfills it so every released version has its changelog section. Documentation only — no code or behavior change.
