Sets the release version to 26.7.0 across every version source (
pyproject.toml,pyfly_application,__version__, README badge) and promotes the Unreleased changelog block — the agent-tier source replace/delete endpoints from #69 — to a dated26.7.0section.Benefit: one tag-ready commit where the published version, the API-reported version, and the changelog all agree — including the README badge, which had been left at 26.6.18 when 26.6.19 was cut.
Note: #68 (the missing 26.6.19 changelog entry) touches the same changelog region — merging that one first keeps both clean; this branch can be trivially rebased if needed.
