I am not sure if this is the best spot for this but some additional docs on using the CLI standalone. Note the WINDOWS notes page does not exist yet on the main repo: apple/pkl#237
I don't know ASCIIDOC but colons seem to explode things no idea why I can't add one after
versions)but earlier in the doc one at the end of a sentence does work.
