This PR adds a new PyQt Suite3D viewer for inspecting
info.npy/ROI outputs, curating cells, viewing traces/motion correction, launching analysis from TIFF data, and saving updatediscell.npylabels.It also adds GUI documentation, a Windows launcher, a
suite3d-pipelineCLI alias, configurable neuropil mask methods, 4D TIFF loading support, and safer strip-fusion handling.
