Adds a WATO bimanual left-arm Isaac Lab lift task.

Includes:

  • WATO bimanual robot config
  • left-arm lift environment config
  • observations, rewards, terminations
  • RSL-RL train/play script updates
  • playback clamp/lift demo support

Note: logs and checkpoints are not included in Git.
