Linux Development Guide

This guide has moved. Torque2D now uses a single CMake-based build for every platform, so the per-platform build guides have been consolidated.

See Building from Source for the current Linux instructions — including the dependency list, the one-shot build-linux.sh, and the 32-bit (-m32) build.

(The previous Make-32bit / Make-64bit Makefiles and the Docker make flow have been removed; CMake replaces them.)
