- Add step 2 into vcf_qc: vcf_to_plink and merge_plink
- remove old pseudobulk preprocessing script
- Reorder website tabs: genotype_formatting.ipynb
vcf_to_plink and merge_plink
Removed duplicate entries for pseudobulk expression files and adjusted the order of genotype formatting.
