feat(channels): add long-OK quick actions

Scope

CC-4 bounded Channel Control slice.

• keep ordinary OK as playback
• add long-OK quick actions for Favorite, Hide, Rename, Channel Number, and Reset
• preserve the dedicated Manage Channels entry as the explicit/full management path
• keep mutations profile-scoped through ChannelPreferencesRepository
• reuse the existing FocusAnchor policy after actions that remove the focused row
• use TV/foundation text input for rename/number editing

Verification added

• pure quick-action ordering/profile-scoping contract
• Android TV journey coverage for ordinary OK, long-click without playback, and hide focus recovery

2026-09-01 restack analysis: CC-4 incremental diff vs #254 is 7 files. External-main overlap is limited to app/tv/build.gradle.kts and app/tv/src/main/kotlin/app/muxtv/navigation/AppNavigation.kt; the other incremental files can be carried unchanged after rebuilt CC-3. Resolve those two files semantically, preserving current Android17/build wiring plus long-OK quick actions, then exact-head requalify.
