Evidence-only A/B control for #264. DO NOT MERGE.

The PR targeted main only because the repository's historical GitHub Actions workflows are filtered to pull_request.branches: [main]. Every device workflow checked out the exact PR head SHA, so the measured source remained the accepted pre-upgrade Media3 1.10.1 baseline plus one test blob.

Exact control head: 723a855b95b2189320c6226b08045ab488f543c0.
Parent/baseline: ec16787de24a61ba94afeb6432c10b8880d65f85 (Media3 1.10.1).

This head applies the exact same LlHlsByteRangeCharacterizationTest.kt blob (ea206954db072da8cd9370faccf35ffe9f783d59) used by Media3 1.11.0 characterization head 140575a8cbded35676502e8e87fff4156f2fd4f5.

Recorded control evidence

The characterization test only passes when the known exhausted bounded-chunk failure signature is observed, so the green API26/API36 control proves Media3 1.10.1 reproduces the same defect as 1.11.0 with an identical fixture.

Purpose complete: identical-fixture attribution evidence is recorded in #264 / PR #267. This control PR is closed without merge and must never be merged into current main.
