More details
The executor-only watchdog resets on accepted dispatches, remains suppressed during active actions, drains before requesting whole-process shutdown, and defaults to a documented 180-second backstop. The monolithic runner remains unaffected.

What does this PR do?
Adds a self-termination watchdog to the on-demand Go executor. Dispatch activity resets the idle timer; health checks do not, and active actions suppress idle shutdown.
The watchdog uses three times
