docs: align ecosystem names and solo-maintainer review policy

What

Consolidates three AGENTS.md governance corrections into one docs-only PR:

• records wardnet as the renamed WAF / IDS / AI SOC component;
• records keyverse as the central passwordless SSO / identity component;
• records the temporary CODEOWNERS-specific gate hold while the organization has one maintainer.

Authority and safety boundary

ContextualWisdomLab/.github remains the authoritative policy source. This local note does not disable or weaken:

• current-head independent approval;
• latest-pusher restrictions;
• required status and security checks;
• unresolved-review-thread protection.

Agents must not add or re-enable a CODEOWNERS-based merge gate until central governance records multiple independent maintainers. If local documentation and central governance disagree, central governance wins.

Scope

Exactly one Markdown file changes. No production code, dependency, database object, workflow, branch-protection setting, or runtime behavior changes.

Supersedes #735 and #736.

Holding this docs-only PR behind the frontend correctness baseline. Its exact-head CI failed only in unrelated App.coverage.test.tsx races: missing async diagram-list readiness (the standalone #738 deflake) and stale project-metadata failure leakage (the cleanup/polling work in #693). Security Scan and Semgrep are green, but this head cannot be treated as merge-ready. After those fixes land, update this branch from main, rerun exact-head CI/Security/Semgrep, and request independent review; do not weaken or remove the failing tests.
