This PR implements a reworked bootstrap system that allows for more page data to be called as-needed instead of all up-front, along with some additional performance tweaks. Based on my local testing, everything seems to work, and splitting up the load has helped significantly with the speed and performance of the site.
THIS PR WILL NEED TO BE MERGED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE EQUIVALENT API PR.
