Don't worry, the vast, vast majority of the lines changed count is in the autogenerated easyjson file and can be ignored.
This PR implements some serverside caching to help reuse recent response bodies, reworks the bootstraps to be called more as-needed instead of all up-front, and adds a few more performance tweaks to help reduce load times. Based on my local testing, everything seems to work, and splitting up the load has helped significantly with the speed and performance of the site.
THIS PR WILL NEED TO BE MERGED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE EQUIVALENT UI PR.
