Merge pull request #451 from zonemaster/develop
The latest version of Perl is now 5.42. Let’s bump the topmost version in the list of Perls tested against in CI to that.
Changes to the cache file format in Zonemaster::Engine require regeneration of some data files in use by the test suite in Zonemaster-CLI. There also was a small bug in the logic in t/usage.wrapper.pl: it tried to restore data from the saved cache file even when we are recording it again, which makes little sense. It also prevented the test suite from correctly rerecording the data files because it bailed out before it had the chance to get to save the files.
