有时候以workspace打开项目的时候，因为有多个根路径，相对路径容易判断错误，导致复制到claude code/codex/opencode等工具里面的时候Agent会无法第一时间找到文件。
所以添加一个选项，让用户可以选择是否使用绝对路径引用要引用的文件。
