The main goal of this project is to create an open-source eCommerce framework that will support tiny and small businesses to go online and succeed.

To achieve this goal we currently set 2 major sub-goals:

Completely replace Zencart dependency with our own code, learn from all other frameworks to create one that is very flexible for developers and very well tested and documented.
Completely revamp the User Interface to ensure Best User Experience.
Build up an eco-system to connect business owners and service providers to ensure the success of eCommerce stores using our platform.

Major Milestones until Dec 2013:

Version 2.1 - June

Framework ready to use for experienced users/developers

Version 2.2 - Sep

Closed beta testing on our eco system

Version 2.3 - Dec

Open beta testing Launch of the app/theme market
