Non-owner kitchen members were getting 'recipe not found' because the
recipe detail endpoint enforced ownership. Added GET
/kitchens/{kitchen_id}/recipes/{kitchen_recipe_id} which authorizes by
kitchen membership instead, with a matching frontend detail page and
regression tests.
