Working tree had been reduced to a single ".serena/" line, which un-ignored /target/, node_modules/, .vscode/, and other standard entries. Restores the original rules and folds in ignores for local AI-assistant tooling state (.tokensave/, .whetstone/, .serena/, and stray .claude/ cache/marker files).
crossbeam-epoch 0.9.18 (pulled in transitively via assert_fs -> globwalk -> ignore -> crossbeam-deque, dev-only) had an invalid pointer dereference in its fmt::Pointer impl. Bumping to 0.9.20 clears `cargo audit`, which the CI Security Audit job was failing on.
