Isolated isAdmin check platform-specific builds to scope Windows dependencies. Additionally, minor improvements to readability and consistency were made.
jvms switch clobbers JAVA_HOME... Also hardened config by checking for java_home and set on startup.
Additionally, the switch command was guarded with a 'switchPrerequisites' function, which will run exactly before any switch happens to prevent any issues if the config is empty.
