TytoTeller provides better screen reading for low-vision researchers. It turns a PDF into HTML and opens it in your default browser. It gives you headings and a table of contents you can jump with, and strips out headers and footers, stray characters and URLs, and the noisy text that often sits inside figures and tables, so the page reads more cleanly.
After you download the executable, run it and a file picker appears.
