Allows admins to try and recover accounts by trying to get the account from the users player code or discord id (optionally usernames to try?)
Finds an account and sends a message in the support channel for the target (discord user) to confirm account recovery so that player accounts will remain safe.
Generates a new password and sends a dm to the user their new password and their username, advising to change the password. (Retry button for 10m if the user had dms off?)
