Bax integration for Badger visual extension

Fixes various issues with Bax Generator so that is can be used within badger extension

• class name should use Field class with frozen=True
• changes various names to be more appropriate
• added algorithm validation
  both _supported_algorithms as well as algorithms outside of Xopt can be used as long as they have a class_path that points to the module
• various type hinting improvements (not fully complete)
