What is dr1.a?

dr1.a is a simple drone synthesiser based around an ATTiny85 microcontroller. The circuit is simple and easy to construct, but can produce a wide range of sounds.

This is firmware, so what's the hardware?

The dr1.a firmware runs on the WonkyStuff core1 PCB if you like, or on a breadboard (schematic is in the repo). PCBs/kits will be available if interest is shown outside of the half-dozen people I know are interested. Drop me a message.

Why dr1.a?
