feat: improve recipe imports and connector cooking

Summary

• preserve recipe images through extraction, canonical caching, previews, and imports, with social-image fallback and lazy repair for legacy cache rows
• stabilize connector widgets with deduplicated rendering, inline loading, stale-request protection, coalesced resizing, and separate MCP Apps/ChatGPT resource metadata
• add focused widget cook mode and a start_cooking MCP tool for saved recipes
• enforce recipe ownership when opening saved recipes through connector tools
