Why split docs out?

Because good OSS projects die when architecture knowledge lives in one founder's head, buried in chat logs, or trapped in stale Notion pages.

This repo is meant to stay:

• public
• navigable
• contributor-friendly
• linkable from issues and PRs
• stable enough to onboard new builders fast

Demo and media plan

We are building toward public simulation videos.

Planned assets:

• short Forge room clips
• session replay breakdowns
• artifact lifecycle demos
• approval-flow walkthroughs
• teaser loops for landing pages and socials

Contribution expectations

Docs should be:

• opinionated
• current
• specific
• link-rich
• low on fluff
• honest about what exists vs what is planned
