TM_VLA as well as docker/feature vla_server is added.
arena tm_robots:=vla vla_server:=omnivla-edge
only omnivla-edge is supported right now. Dont forget to download the .pth, mentioned in README.md in /home/p4ubun/arena_ws/src/Arena/task_generator/task_generator/tasks/robots/vla folder
