A `<style>` rule alone cannot hide a layout: some clients remove embedded styles, and classic Outlook applies neither `display: none` nor `mso-hide: all` to a nested table.
A project that consumes the package hid one layout with a `<style>` rule alone and shipped an email that showed both.
