Extraction now passes include_links=True to trafilatura so bundle bodies retain in-content links + section anchors — the input the reader's in-app link mapping needs. Decorative heading permalinks ([¶](#slug)) are stripped so headings stay clean. Takes effect on the next crawl/sync. 66 tests pass.

Bundles now cross-reference each other so a reader can map a doc link to the
concept it points at and navigate in-app. Ships as 0.3.2.
