1. Stop asking the workflow GITHUB_TOKEN to create a protected Go submodule tag. 2. Require the pre-authorized release tag to be annotated and to peel to the exact canonical workflow source commit. 3. Document the reviewed local-tag, explicit single-ref push, and canonical release-dispatch procedure.
1. Rename the public JavaScript artifact to @vinary-tree/vinary-tree-interop across the authoritative model, manifests, locks, documentation, and ABI diagrams. 2. Synchronize every registry version surface and immutable source reference with the coordinated 4.0.0-rc.5 release train. 3. Add migration guidance and validation gates that reject deprecated, malformed, or drifting npm coordinates while preserving historical release records. 4. Retain the stable cross-language ABI and verify generated package metadata, binding documentation, and release-reference policy.

Coordinates the Vinary Tree 4.0.0-rc.5 release train. Changes: (1) restores @vinary-tree/vinary-tree-interop as the project-derived npm coordinate; (2) synchronizes all registry surfaces and immutable source policy; (3) adds drift and migration gates. Local evidence: synchronizers, package tests, 39 Rust tests, diff checks, and pgmcp bug-gate passed. This PR does not authorize tags or registry publication.
