Final release forensic closure over v1.0.6.43. Fixes the reproduced portable Windows Google Chrome prerequisite TLS certificate-chain download failure by using the existing Requests verified-CA transport with manual exact Google redirect validation. Authenticode/Google LLC, Chrome-only, Phase-1 and Phase-2 behavior remain preserved.
