Forensic closure over v1.0.6.42. Fixes the confirmed Phase 2 lifecycle safety gaps: restart-free legacy switch path, lifecycle transaction fail-closed validation, workspace workflow-identity preservation, unresolved recoverable-run mutation blocking, Default Workflow UI semantics, and duplicated staging setup. Chrome, Plugin API, licensing, power, dependencies, CI and packaging remain frozen.
