Phase 2 production update from official v1.0.6.41 baseline. Adds workflow update/replace/remove/deactivate, restart-free lifecycle, immutable per-Task workflow identity, true multiworkflow execution, persistence/recovery/reporting/UI workflow provenance, and re-verifies the existing Chrome secure-install contracts without modifying the frozen Chrome implementation.
