Fixes the exact packaged-resource root defect proven by Portable Windows Release run 32056816056. Nuitka standalone execution now resolves application data from the launched VibraPilot.exe directory instead of the directory containing the copied OneDir folder. PyInstaller/source behavior and all backend/UI/browser/workflow/licensing/persistence behavior remain frozen. Portable architecture remains Windows 2022 + Python 3.12 x64 + Nuitka 4.1.3 standalone OneDir, system Google Chrome only, no bundled Chromium, and no WiX/MSI.
