These changes both restore the lowmemory==3 functions to iterate across an experienceasset. They also allow lowmemory to trim the size of `DiscountedEV` in cases 2 and 3.

These changes both restore the lowmemory==3 functions to iterate across an experienceasset. They also allow lowmemory to trim the size of
DiscountedEVin cases 2 and 3.It would be nice if Claude could study this and apply it to the myriad ExpAsset codes that are now available.
