docs(status): reconcile calibration freeze publication

What changed

• replace the stale pre-freeze publication checkpoint with the merged offline-freeze baseline cdb4690
• record the successful post-merge Render and Pages runs
• preserve the status as a dated historical checkpoint instead of a self-staling current claim
• add an honesty regression guard for the exact publication evidence

Why

PR #18 is merged and published. The status page still named the preceding baseline and runs, so its repository truth lagged the live publication truth.
