• incorporate the reviewed Lane A E1, E4, and E2 decisions into the candidate statistical protocols
• define E1 as 120 primary cross-arm session pairs (240 arm attempts), bind exact request-body bytes, require authoritative recomputation evidence, and use conservative non-causal stage-localized verdicts
• retain E4 overall-population thresholds while requiring pre-authorship boundary strata, adjudicated-count top-ups, and ambiguity rules
• phase E2 into base and sensitivity work, with rule-relative nuisance maximization and exact or simultaneous-bound admission
• refresh the public roadmap/status surfaces and strengthen protocol regression tests
