Adds the durable task state machine and workflow substrate in the final shape that the runtime will consume.

The kernel owns task identity, pure transitions, snapshots, task-run hooks, batch-bound HITL answers, private executor state, terminal usage retention, and an immutable terminal snapshot fallback for expired workflow runs.

This layer is inert. It adds no authored flag, framework tool, persistence writer, or production caller. Existing agents cannot start or command a task run. That lets the data model and transition invariants be reviewed without publishing an intermediate feature or requiring a later persisted-state migration.

Stack prerequisite: #1482. The next PR adds an independent create-once session API; background-task activation first appears in PR 3.

A fast authorization.required event triggers a premature/redundant generic parent wake because the else-if generic branch guards only pendingInputRequest === undefined and not pendingAuthorizationEvent === undefined.

- TaskView is now a status-discriminated union, so terminal snapshots carry exactly their matching output and only input_required carries requests; transitions and the session-index schema encode the same invariants structurally instead of via refine/runtime checks - taskViewToJson parses through a zod schema (TaskViewJson) so private executor/usage fields are stripped at runtime, not by hand - rename commandToken -> continuationToken and the inbound task-child-turn-started kind -> turn-started - reorganize execution/tasks modules: run-control -> run-parent, run-steps -> run-task, run-workflow -> run-task-workflow - group DeliverPayload task envelopes under one task object Signed-off-by: Rui Conti <ruiconti@gmail.com>
