Adds fx as a Gateway-only agent for research-enabled evals, so consumers can compare it with existing harnesses without contaminating no-web runs. The adapter pins fx 0.0.5 and preserves its supported saved-session evidence for result parsing.
Verified with
npm test,npm run build,npm run lint, focused adapter tests, and an npm package dry-run. The credentialed integration test is included but skipped locally because sandbox and Gateway credentials are unavailable.
