Adopt Maple sidebar + top-nav design (chrome only)

Summary

Standalone slice of the larger docs revamp that contains only the left-sidebar and top-nav design — no content, page, or component restyling.

• Switches the Mintlify theme mint → maple with a dark default appearance and a #090909 dark background.
• Brings in the revamp's top-nav links (Ask Assistant, Changelog, Status, Featured Media, each with icons) plus the "Try Venice" primary button.
• Adds the supporting style.css chrome: centered top tabs (Maple), navbar utility link/icon polish, sidebar shell sizing (19rem), and slim site-wide scrollbars.

Scope (intentionally excluded)

• The navigation reorganization (page grouping/ordering) — left as main's.
• Code-block styling, homepage hero/cards, model browser, and the API-reference layout changes.
• All content/MDX edits.

Notes

• Only docs.json (+29) and style.css (+252) change.
• The top-tab centering relies primarily on Maple's structure-agnostic #navbar-transition-maple selector, so it applies without the nav restructure; a couple of href-specific fallbacks won't match main's nav, which is expected.

Test plan

• Check the Mintlify preview deployment: sidebar + top nav render with the Maple/dark design.
• Confirm top-nav links + icons and the "Try Venice" button appear and are centered at desktop widths.
• Verify light/dark mode toggle works (no fixed-position toggle hacks).
• Spot-check that page content/layout is otherwise unchanged from main.
