This lockfile update adds by_address, palette*, is_terminal_polyfill, and once_cell_polyfill, but LICENSE-3rdparty.csv remains unchanged and contains none of them. Consequently, the make check-licenses CI job will reject the change, and packaged archives would omit these dependencies from their shipped attribution inventory. Run make build-licenses and commit the regenerated CSV.
