Move past events to past sections, refresh product line-up and images

Events (today is 23 Aug 2026):

• Code Champ 2026 Workshop 07 (20 Aug 2026) has now happened, so it moves
  from "Upcoming Events" to "Recently Delivered" on news.html, rewritten in
  past tense and tagged "Past Event".
• index.html: the upcoming grid drops to the two remaining engagements
  (NZGDC 1 Oct, ICITR date TBA) and gains a "Just wrapped" row for the two
  delivered workshops (Code Champ, CODE with WIE).
• Repoint ar.html, feed.xml and llms.txt/llms-full.txt at news.html#recent
  for Code Champ, and move it to the recent lists there.

Products:

• Remove Yoobees entirely — the product section, structured data, FAQ
  entries, and every mention in index.html, llms.txt and llms-full.txt.
• Add PathFinder (ureshan2011.github.io/Pathfinder) as a full product entry
  with WebApplication schema, FAQ, and hero/meta coverage.
• Faro: its GitHub Pages site now 404s and the repo is private, so the dead
  "Open Live App" / "Source on GitHub" links and the schema url are removed.
  The product copy is unchanged; availability wording in the FAQ and llms
  files now says it is not publicly hosted.

Images:

• Replace the hand-drawn SVG mockups for HouseScout and PathFinder with real
  screenshots of the live apps, captured at 1000px wide so the UI stays
  legible inside the 440px browser frame.
• Rebuild the Faro mockup (no live site to capture) as a much more
  representative fare-timing screen — route header, verdict with confidence,
  30-day fare chart with axis labels, and airline rows.
