Restructured the screenshots section in README.md to use a Markdown table, showcasing public and admin workflows side-by-side with updated dark mode screenshots and descriptions. Replaced screenshot images to reflect the new UI and demo content.
Added a "Live demo" link at the top of the README, allowing users to directly access a running instance of the Blazor Blog application. This improves discoverability and provides an easy way to preview the project.

Documentation and UI update.
This pull request updates the README documentation to showcase the latest UI using new dark mode screenshots and a reorganized gallery. Several screenshot image files were also refreshed to reflect the current design.
