With the latest publisher (2.2.11) downloading dependencies fail if there is a comment. Example: ch.fhir.ig.ch-core: 7.0.0-ballot # https://fhir.ch/ig/ch-core/index.html will fail if the publisher tries to download the package

Remove unnecessary reference to patient in Task examples #89
Additionally, remove comments in sushi-config dependencies. Recent changes in the publisher e256fbe999 seem to cause issues downloading the dependencies otherwise
