Feat: add possibility to hide tooltip on window scroll

Hi! There is a few tooltips lined up vertically on a single line on my page. If you hover one of this tooltips and start scrolling the window without changing mouse position you will face with a not very good ui story

@tvkhoa Hi this would be awesome to and very helpful to add. Still seeing the scroll and multiple tooltips as an issue.

Not sure about the implementation, but this is needed. I'm facing the tooltip popping up in random places and hanging there on scroll.
