Not sure about the implementation, but this is needed. I'm facing the tooltip popping up in random places and hanging there on scroll. |

Hi! There is a few tooltips lined up vertically on a single line on my page. If you hover one of this tooltips and start scrolling the window without changing mouse position you will face with a not very good ui story
